Living in the digital age comes with many truths.  One of them being that if you create a DVD and publish it to the world, it is going to be ripped and posted to the Torrents and Usenet Groups.

While I understand that this is inevitable, I would like to put out a kind plea to anyone that is purchasing The Brief DVD for the purpose of posting it for free distribution: This is a self-funded project.  All the time put forth for the creation of this DVD has been volunteered by the Designers, Editors, and Musicians involved.  Any money that is made is being split between all parties involved.

Please, if you are posting The Brief DVD for free, I am asking kindly that you don’t so that the hard work put out by these people is not overlooked.

Hello Everyone:

If you are familiar with The Brief DVD website, you will notice that we’ve gone through a bit of a facelift. We are hoping that what we’ve done will bring a bit nicer experience to everyone’s visit.

The biggest change, outside the look, is the addition of this blog. Because our intention is to inspire, motivate, and educate, we will be posting as much as we can that fits that theme. If you see something floating on the interwebs that’s cool and has the abilitiy to inspire, motivate, or inspire…let us know by dropping us a line at webmaster at thebriefdvd (dot) com.
